    Find BRASIL IPTV

    Search for the exact app name in the TV store and check the icon. Availability depends on the model and store.

    Find the MAC address

    Open the app. Its MAC address appears in the bottom-right corner. Keep the screen open.

    Contact Virtua

    Ask support to configure your access. Share the MAC only in the private support conversation, then reopen the app when setup is complete.

TV store availability and any app license follow the developer’s rules. An app license is separate from your Virtua subscription. Ask support before paying a separate license fee.

Does installing the app include a subscription?

No. You need active access compatible with the app. Installing or licensing the player does not renew your Virtua subscription.
