    Request setup

    Contact Virtua on WhatsApp with the app name and your TV model. The team checks your access and tells you which setup details are needed.

TV store availability and any app license follow the developer’s rules. An app license is separate from your Virtua subscription. Ask support before paying a separate license fee.

Does installing the app include a subscription?

No. You need active access compatible with the app. Installing or licensing the player does not renew your Virtua subscription.
