Max Player

Samsung and LG Smart TV

Install Max Player from your TV store. Virtua support helps configure your Max access.

    Find MaxPlayer

    Open the app store on your Samsung or LG TV. Search for MaxPlayer and check the icon shown here. Availability depends on your model and region.

    Install and open

    Select Install, then open Max Player. Leave its identification screen open on the TV.

    Ask for setup

    Contact Virtua on WhatsApp. Tell the team which app and TV you are using. They will check your access and the setup details displayed by the app.

TV store availability and any app license follow the developer’s rules. An app license is separate from your Virtua subscription. Ask support before paying a separate license fee.

Does installing the app include a subscription?

No. You need active access compatible with the app. Installing or licensing the player does not renew your Virtua subscription.
